Cool - but what's a heptathlon? The heptathlon is a woman's Olympic Event. It comprises 7 track and field events and is participated in by the fittest women in the world.
But I'm not trying to be an Olympian - good because I can't make you an Olympian but I can give you an Olympic Mindset!

WHY I BELIEVE IN 90 DAY SLAY...
After I retired from professional sport, I moved to Los Angeles and started my own gym. After 5 years I found myself in the worst shape of my life. I was tired, I was working out but seeing no results, I felt lethargic, fluffy and out of body. My clients were in better shape than I was and I realized that something needed to change...
I tried and failed and tried and failed, and every Monday I would start again with the same goal. It was exhausting until one day I made a huge change... and I realised that I didn't necessarily have to do more to get better results but I did have to commit and once I changed this one simple thing the results were fast, rewarding and game-changing! Within days I started to feel my body transform, within a week I could see the difference and my energy was back - I found my flow again!
The real problem I was having was not a lack of discipline or desire - I simply wasn't putting myself first!
After successfully transforming my own lifestyle, I started speaking to my friends and clients who expressed that they too were feeling like they were stuck in a rut and needed to make some drastic shifts. I decided to make 90 DAY SLAY and release my method to the world to help women - like you to Slay the day!

Absolutely not! 90 Day Slay welcomes women of all fitness levels. Our program is designed to meet you where you're at and progressively challenge you. We provide modifications for beginners and advanced options for fitness veterans. The only requirement is commitment to showing up for yourself.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT EACH DAY?
The program requires approximately 60-90 minutes per day, divided between workouts (30-45 minutes), mindset work (15-20 minutes), and meal preparation. Many participants find they actually save time in the long run as they learn efficient meal prep strategies and experience increased energy and productivity.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Basic equipment recommendations include dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat. However, we provide equipment-free modifications for all workouts. As you progress, you may choose to invest in additional equipment, but it's not required to see amazing results.
WHAT IF I CAN'T KEEP UP?
The 90 Day Slay community is built on support, not judgment. If you struggle or miss a day, our coaches and community will help you get back on track. The program includes "recovery" protocols specifically designed to help you navigate challenges and stay consistent even when life gets hectic.
